How long does delivery take?

The delivery window will depend on the size of your item. Most items are shipped via Amazon and will take between 2-5 days to ship. Custom products can take up to two weeks to deliver. Please note that custom delivery charges to remote areas are not included within our standard shipping area and will experience longer delivery times, these will be quoted to you at the time of purchase.

Where is my order?

All our orders are trackable if you provide contact details when placing your order – please always include a mobile number or email when placing your order so that your tracking details can be sent to you. You can find your tracking details on your dispatch confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse.

My order hasn’t arrived yet

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, please contact our friendly customer service team using the ‘Contact Us’ button on the help page and completing our form.

mariyanadeem.com is not responsible for replacing items if your order is delivered mid-delivery due to an incorrect address being entered when placing the order. The customer will need to re-order the item with the correct information or contact the courier directly.

What if the goods are damaged during shipping?

If goods from mariyanadeem.com are visibly damaged during shipping, we kindly ask that you refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. However, if you have already accepted the goods and subsequently discover evidence of shipping-related damage, we strongly recommend that you retain all packaging materials and related documentation to facilitate the resolution process.

Which couriers do you use?

Return Policy

We do not offer free returns, but we do offer our customers a 60-day return period from the date of purchase.
